The 1900/P Series safety relief valve is designed for ASME B & PVC, Section I steam and flashing water applications as well as organic vapor service.

Key features of the 1900/P Series include three design options for maximum versatility. The conventional design features the eductor tube while the balanced bellows design and the exposed spring design support atmospheric cooling.

Benefits

The 1900/P Series includes exclusive Thermodisc® technology which compensates for temperature gradients around the seating surface. This creates a higher degree of seat tightness and a low spindle bearing point to assure proper alignment and load distribution at the seating surface. The design also prevents the disc from sliding across the seat while it is actuating. Plus, a single blowdown ring makes it possible to set and test a valve that has been in service.
